As Subham Charitable Association is mostly concerned with women of rural India and focused on empowering them, our Fresh Pad project is highly effective in achieving our mission of enabling them to be self-sufficient. Under this project, with a strong focus on menstrual hygiene and women’s well-being, we manufacture and sell cotton sanitary napkins. These napkins are easy to use, safe, and affordable. Fresh Pad not only addresses the critical need for affordable and hygienic menstrual products but also empowers women by providing them with income-generating skills. Amongst the Doctors and Health Advisors, Dr. Daljit Singh Sethi has appreciated and promoted Fresh Pad. Mrs. Payal Bajaj, Executive Member of Shubham has provided the product to Dr. Daljit ji and his staffs.

Apart from manufacturing and selling cotton sanitary napkins through our Fresh Pad project, Shubham Charitable Association is also providing training on sanitary napkin making. Our comprehensive training program equips women with the necessary skills to produce high-quality and safe sanitary napkins. Through hands-on sessions, we teach them the techniques of manufacturing, packaging, and ensuring hygiene standards. By empowering women with this skill, we aim to create sustainable livelihood opportunities and promote menstrual hygiene awareness in communities.

Through our project, Shubham Charitable Association not only provides training on sanitary napkin making but also creates employment opportunities for underprivileged women. After receiving training, they start working with us and gain valuable experience, and skills and become a part of the production and process. And they become expert in it and earn a handsome income for their own families as well. We are proud of our Fresh Pad, as it is contributing to breaking the cycle of poverty and empowering women to lead dignified life and transform lives.
